We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently services a variety of countries around the world.  Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped via ePacket or EMS depending on  the weight and size of the product. Some packages items are also shipped from warehouses in the U.S.  All packages shipped to the United States are delivered via USPS and can be tracked. There are some packages that may ship from Canada that is  usually shipped via DHL.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.  We are happy to provide worldwide shipping. If you are uncertain about shipping to your country feel free to reach out to verify shipping to your location. Unfortunately there are some countries where tracking information may not be possible.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Canada, Europe - 13-28 Business days
Australia (Oceania) - 12-30 Business days
Central/South America - up to 50 days
Africa - up to 50 days
*This excludes our 2-8 days processing time

Do you provide tracking information?

For most countries we do provide tracking. There are some countries within Central/South America, as well as in Oceania, Asia and Africa where we may not be able to provide tracking. Please verify with us whether we offer tracking information to your country in advance. For countries to which we offer tracking, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information.  If you haven't received tracking information in 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-8 business days for tracking information to update on the system.  If you were sent a shipping notification more than 5-10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

What is your return policy?

Items shipped to you can be returned at your own cost.  If an item is damaged we will require proof of damage before we can issue a full refund.  Please allow up to 5-10 business days before seeing a credit reflected on your account.
